أثر قوة القبضة على دقة الهجوم للأسلحة الثلاث لدى لاعبي المبارزة في الاردن

الملخص

This study aimed to know the effect of grip strength on the attack accuracy of the three weapons for fencing players in Jordan, the descriptive method was used due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of the study, the study population was comprised of 50 fencers from the Jordan fencing federation national team, the study sample consists of (20) fencers from the Jordan fencing federation. After conducting the study tests and obtaining the results and processing them on (SPSS) program, where it was found that there are statically significant differences for the grip strength on the accuracy of the attack, and the researchers concluded that there is an effect of the grip strength on the attack accuracy of the three weapons of the fencing players in Jordan, and the researchers recommend to use strength exercises to develop the accuracy of the attack of the three weapons of the fencing players in Jordan, and it will improve athletic achievement.
