<p style="text-align: justify;">The study aimed to reveal the degree of use of cloud computing applications in the e-learning environment and the obstacles facing secondary school students in the Capital Governorate of Amman from the point of view of their teachers. The study adopted the descriptive survey method, and to collect data, a questionnaire was developed in the form of a scale consisting of (30) items, consisting of two parts, the first to measure the degree of use of cloud computing applications in the e-learning environment for secondary school students in the Amman governorate, and the second to measure the obstacles of cloud computing applications In the e-learning environment, its validity and reliability were confirmed, It was applied to an available sample consisting of (294) male and female teachers who were chosen by the simple random method. The results of the study showed that the degree of using cloud computing applications in the e-learning environment for secondary school students in the capital Amman governorate from the point of view of their teachers was medium, and the results of the study indicated that the degree of obstacles facing secondary school students in the capital governorate came to a high degree from the point of view of their teachers. In addition to the absence of a statistically significant difference in the degree of using cloud computing applications in the e-learning environment for secondary school students in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of their teachers, due to the variables of specialization, years of service, and the interaction between them. </p> <p><strong>Keywords</strong>: degree of use, cloud computing, environment, e-learning, obstacles, secondary stage. </p>Rehab O. <p style="text-align: justify;">The study aimed to identify the level of job security for public school teachers in Bani Obeid District from their point of view. The descriptive survey method was used for its relevance for the purposes of the study on a sample of (357) male and female teachers, who were chosen by the simple random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to measure the level of job security among teachers, and it consisted of (24) items. The results of the study showed that the level of job security for public school teachers in the Bani Obeid district was high. And it showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic mean of the estimates of government school teachers in the Bani Obaid District for the level of their job security due to the gender variable, and there were statistically significant differences due to the qualification variables. <p style="text-align: justify;">The study aimed to identify the degree of applied strategic management by school principals in the Qasbah of Irbid from the point of view of teachers. 300 male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly, at a rate of (12%), and the results of the study showed that the degree of school principals’ application of strategic management as a whole came to a (significant) degree; The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of schools' application of strategic management due to the variable (years of experience, and educational qualification), and there were statistically significant differences in the variable (gender), which came in favor of (females). </p> <p>Keywords: degree of application, school principals, strategic management, Irbid Qasbah.</p>Dr. Tahani Ibrahim Al-Ali

<p style="text-align: justify;">he study aimed investigating the effectiveness of free reading strategy on developing creative reading skills among tenth basic grade female students in Jordan. To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers prepared creative reading skills test, consisted of (16) items distributed into creative reading dimensions (fluency, originality, flexibility, and elaboration). The sample of the study consisted of (60) tenth basic grade female students, selected by the available method, (30) students in the control group taught by the conventional method, and (30) ones in the experimental group taught by free reading strategy. <p style="text-align: justify;">Awareness of language or language competency has greatly changed from the focus of language itself as form and structure to language use as pragmatics. Accordingly, different culture's structure discourse in different ways. Moreover, studies have shown that this holds for discourse genres traditionally considered as highly standardized in their rituals and formulas. As a complementary study to the previous studies, this study provides a contrastive analysis, from a pragmatic point of view, of apology strategies in Jordanian Arabic and English. Through, a twelve situations questionnaire, this research investigates apology strategies as they are used by Jordanian EFL postgraduate students at Al-Yarmouk University. Results showed that apology strategies in Jordanian Arabic vary from those in English. While some respondents were formal when apologizing; some others were not. Findings further revealed that religion influence the Jordanian interaction. This research will hopefully have implications for EFL pedagogy as well as cross-cultural and contrastive studies such as teachers should also train students to use apology expressions and strategies at schools.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Keywords</strong>: apology, pragmatics, politeness, strategies, contrastive analysis.</p>Nesreen Mohammad Ja'afreh

<p>The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the interactive e-book in developing the reading comprehension skills among seventh basic grade female students. To achieve the aim of the study, a creative reading comprehension skills (reading fluency, reading flexibility, reading originality, and reading extension) test was prepared. The test consisted of (20) open ended questions. The subjects of the study consisted of (40) seventh basic grade female students from Beit Ids basic school in the first semester 2021/2022, conveniently selected. The subjects randomly divided into two groups, (20) students in the experimental group taught by interactive e- book, and (20) students in the control group taught by conventional method. <p style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The sample of study consisted of (424) teachers who were chosen in simple random way of the members of study population their number is (6057) teachers, and also it was used questionnaire to collect the needed data for achieving the aims of the study. <p style="text-align: justify;">The study aimed to Building an electronic educational program based on the Schuman investigative model in the developed Course of Geology and investigating its impact on developing critical thinking skills for 10th grade students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (69) students from the tenth-grade students distributed at random into two divisions, one of the divisions was randomly chosen to represent the experimental group, which consisted of (33) students who studied using the electronic educational program based on the Schuman investigative model, and the second division was the control group. And it consisted of (36) students who studied in the usual way. The study tools consisted of an electronic educational program based on the Schuman investigative model designed by the researchers, and a test of developing critical thinking skills. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average performance of students in the experimental and control groups on the test of developing dimensional critical thinking skills in favor of the experimental group. <p style="text-align: justify;">This study aimed to identify the impact of f strategic fit on business continuity management in Jordanian commercial banks with the mediating role of strategic agility, the study used sampling strategy by selecting an appropriate sample from the study population; the descriptive analytical approach was used, through the development of (a questionnaire) as a main tool for data collection. This study was applied to a sample of (254) managers, and multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis were adopted.</p> <p>The study results indicated that there is a statistically significant impact of strategic fit with its dimensions in business continuity management in its all dimensions collectively in Jordanian commercial banks, the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic fit in terms of its dimensions collectively in business continuity management in terms of its dimensions collectively through strategic agility as a mediating variable in Jordanian commercial banks, a number of recommendations were formulated to enhance the strategic alignment in the management of business continuity, which will be positively reflected on the strategic agility of Jordanian commercial banks<strong>.</strong> One of the most important of these is to focus on developing products and services provided to customers on a continuous and participatory basis in line with their changing needs and desires, while reducing costs as much as possible, and in proportion to the internal and external fields through research and development processes.</p> <p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Fit, Continuity, Agility, Banks.</p>Dr. Shereen Nayef Al NimriDr. Kaled Mahmod Alshawabkeh
