The degree of awareness of school principals and the development team of the procedures for building the developmental and procedural plan for the school

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of awareness of the school principals and the development team of the procedures for building the developmental and procedural plan for the school. In the Directorate of Education of Deir Alla in the Balqa Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was developed. The results of the study showed that the degree of awareness of school principals and the development team about the procedures for building the developmental and procedural plan for the school (Was moderate). Moreover, the results indicated that there were no differences in the degree of awareness School principals and development team procedures for building a developmental and procedural plan for the school. According to gender, educational qualification, and experience. The study recommended the need to direct school principals and development teams to determine resource requirements and target the available resources to meet the priority needs in the school that focus on improving students’ academic achievement.
