The causes of burnout between individual and group athletes from the point of view of the trainers

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the causes of burnout between individual and group athletes from the point of view of the trainers, The sample of the study consisted of (16) trainers and coaches from national teams for individual and group teams, (15) coaches, (1) trainer, The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, consisting of (37) words distributed on (5) axes: Pressure of the sports training process, pressures of sports competition, pressure of the sports coach, external pressures (Athlete's lifestyle, environmental factors), The results of the study showed that the areas of causes of burnout in the athletes of individual games from the point of view of the coaches came at an average level all, It was arranged (Pressure: sports coach - the player's lifestyle - environmental factors - sports competition - sports training),And that the areas of causes of burnout in the sports team games from the point of view of the coaches came at a high level all of them, It was arranged(Pressure: sports coach, sports competition, environmental factors, sports training, Athlete's lifestyle) ,And that there are no statistically significant differences in the causes of burnout between individual and group athletes from a point of view of trainers depending on Training Experience  ,In addition, there are statistically significant differences in the causes of burnout between individual and group athletes from a point of view of trainers depending on Type sport practice in favor of  the players of the group games , The researcher recommends reducing the level of burnout in the individual and group players By standing on the causes of burnout and work to process them,  And the selection of trainers qualified physically, psychologically and emotionally to train the national teams for individual and collective games, increasing  interest of the group games coaches of all players in the team depending on their position,  taking into account the trainers of the potential of the players and their needs and the need to pay attention to the psychological preparation of the players.
