The Employing Degree of School Principals within the Green Line for Electronic Administration from their point of view

Abstract

The study aimed to show the employing degree of school principals within the Green Line for electronic administration from the perspective of principals themselves, the sample of the study consisted of (170) principals from the government schools that follow to the directorate of education for north district within the Green Line, the study depended on the  survey descriptive methodology, and a questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data to achieve the aims of the study. The results of the study showed that the estimations of the individuals of the study for their employing degree for electronic administration as all were (high), and there were no significant statistical differences at the level of statistical significance (α=0.05) between the averages of their estimations for employing degree of electronic administration due to the variables of the study (gender, years of experience and educational stage), and there were significant statistical differences at the level of statistical significance (α=0.05) in their estimations for employing degree of electronic administration due to the variable of the study (Qualification) for whom have higher certificates.
