Economic protection from Islamic perspective

Abstract

The study aimed to explain the theoretical and juristic rooting of protectionist politic in the manmade and the Islamic economy, the study concluded that economic protection is itmeans the states use of its(legislative and executive) powers to direct and develop its economy, and take the necessary measures and methods, to settle the exchanges internally and externally, to protect its production and preserve its national market.

 And the study concluded that economic protection is based on its legal rooting to work on the principle of the legal policy followed by any country leaders to manage the affairs of the country، and is intended to achieve the public interest، and the economic protections is the means of the state to achieve its goals and objectives remain theoretical and cannot be applied.
