The Degree of Digital Leadership employment in Distance Learning by Public Schools' Principals in Jerash Governorate from the Teachers' Perspective

Abstract

This study aimed to identify identify the degree of digital leadership employment in distance learning by public schools' principals in Jerash governorate from the teachers' perspective, and know the impact of variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that degree. The study sample consisted of (346) teachers. A descriptive survey approach was used. To accomplish the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built, which consisted of (48) items divided into four fields. The results revealed that the degree of digital leadership employment in distance learning by public schools' principals in Jerash governorate from the teachers' perspective was (moderate), The results, further, indicated that there were significant statistical differences at (α = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample of the degree of Digital Leadership employment by their Principals due to the (academic qualification) variable, in favor of graduate studies, and there were no statistically significant differences due to (gender, years of experience) variables.
