The Relationship of Role Conflict with Marital Adjustment for Married Female Students in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The current study aimed to investigate the existence of a correlation relationship between roles conflict and marital adjustment among married female students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample consisted of (70) married female students at the University of Princess Noura in Riyadh, and the female students were randomly chosen from within the study community of the (500) married female students. The roles conflict scale and marital adjustment scale were developed and used for the purposes of the current study. SPSS software was used to extract arithmetic averages, correlation coefficients, and linear regression analysis to check of the study results. The results indicated that there was no statistically significant correlation between roles conflict and marital adjustment among married students.
