Abstract

This study aimed to identify obstacles to using electronic administration in evaluating the performance of teachers in private schools in Marka District and the proposed solutions to overcome them from the point of view of the school principals in them.  Their number is (328) principals, and the study sample consisted of (222) principals. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a (high) level of obstacles to the use of electronic administration in evaluating teachers' performance, and the presence of differences in the estimates of private school principals in Marka district for obstacles  They face in using electronic administration in their evaluation of teachers' performance due to the variables (scientific qualification, and practical experience), while there are no differences in their estimates of the obstacles to their use of electronic administration in evaluating teachers due to the gender variable (gender).  The study also found that the most important solutions and proposals that help overcome obstacles to the use of electronic management in evaluating the performance of teachers were the development of policies for training and qualifying school principals in the field of electronic management, and the creation of an infrastructure that facilitates the process of evaluating the performance of teachers electronically.
