The Reality of Simultaneous Teaching in Light of the Covid-19 Pandemic from the Viewpoint of Students of the College of Sports Sciences at The University of Jordan

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of simultaneous teaching in light of the Covid-19 pandemic from the viewpoint of students of the College of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan, as well as the reality of simultaneous teaching in light of the Covid-19 pandemic from the viewpoint of students of the College of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan depending on the variable (gender, school year University appreciation) and the researcher used the descriptive approach in order to suit it to the objectives of the study and also used a questionnaire consisting of (24) items distributed in 3 fields, and the study population is for all students of the College of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan who are registered in the second semester of the year 2020/2021, whose number is (1200) Male and female students, and the study sample consisted of (343) male and female students, who were randomly selected.

The results of the study showed that the reality of simultaneous teaching in light of the Covid-19 pandemic from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan is of medium degree and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α 0.05) between the averages of the teaching reality axes in terms of gender, and The existence of a difference between the mean values ​​of the axes of the reality of simultaneous teaching in terms of university estimate, academic year.

The study recommended investing in positive directions for students towards remote, developing plans and programs to take advantage of these directives, and giving training courses in the field of distance education for both students and faculty members.
