The degree of effectiveness of the administrative staff training programs at Yarmouk University of Jordan from the point of view of the administrative staff

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of training programs for administrative personnel at Yarmouk University of Jordan from the point of view of the administrative staff, and the study relied on the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, as the study population consisted of all the administrative staff at Yarmouk University of (1671) employees  The study sample consisted of (350) male and female employees, and the results of the study showed that the degree of effectiveness of administrative personnel training programs at Yarmouk University was (medium).  The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of the training programs due to the variable (gender), and the differences came in favor of (males), and also showed the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (years of experience), and the differences came in favor of (from 5 years to less than 10 years)  While the results of the study resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of training programs due to the variable (academic degree), and in light of this, the two researchers recommend that Yarmouk University strive to provide a field team to find out the most important needs of the administrative staff at Yarmouk University for the training programs that  Employees need it.
