The Degree of Employing School Principals for E-learning considering the Corona Crisis from Their and Teachers Point of View in the Triangle Area Within the Green Line

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of employing school principals for e-learning in light of the Corona crisis from the point of view of principals and teachers in the Triangle area within the Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers, and the study relied on the descriptive, and the two researchers prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of employment of school principals for e-learning, Where the study population consisted of (170) principals and directors, and (6661) teachers, and the study sample consisted of (401) directors and teachers who were selected in the available way, and the results of the study showed that the degree of employment of school principals for e-learning in light of the Corona crisis from the point of view of managers  And the teachers in the Triangle area within the Green Line were ranked (high);  The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the employment of school principals for e-learning attributed to the variable (school stage) and came in favor of (the basic stage), and the absence of statistically significant differences in the variable (gender, job title, and type of school), and the researchers recommend the need to train and encourage  Teachers are able to contact students through electronic pages and e-mail, given that many students have Internet service at home.
